2 sets Vintage Art Deco Bakelite Brass Door Knobs Backplates Mortise Locks withKey

2 matching sets of art deco black blacklite/ brass door knobs with art deco backplates and motise locks with the key. The knobs are 2 inches across and in very good condition, no gouges or dings. The backplates are brass and measure 6-1/2 inches by 1-1/2 inches at the widest section. The are in very good condition and have no dings.

Light surface scratching in some areas. Hard to see unless you move them around to find the right angle under the light.

Probably can be removed with a buffing wheel. The mortise locks have brass face-plates that measure by 5-5/8 inches by 7/8 inch. Good condition with just a few tiny spots/blemishes. The mechanism cases measure 3-3/4 inches long by 3 inches front to back and 1/2 inch thick.

They are in cery good condition and both work with the same lock. Just a few small spots of paint.

One is set for a door hung on the left that opens out or a door hung on the right that opens in. The other lock is set to work the opposite.

If you need them to work on the same doors hung the same way, the tongues are symmetrical. Open the case and turn the tongue over. Its easy- only takes a minute.

The dead bolts work smoothly with the key. Both cut patterns match and work with the same key.
