Vintage: Extremely well made and, WELCH vintage brass entry door set with a E-Z MORTISE lock. Hard to find complete set and in excellent fully restored condition, add a few screws and you are good to go here. A vintage solid brass thumb press handle for the outside of the door. A brass turn knob for the inside of the door & the threaded half knob shaft. It includes a new Security Guard brass lock cylinder and two keys. It includes the thumb turn knob that throws the deadbolt from the inside of the door! It includes the cylinder escutcheon that matches the rest of the set. Awesome, vintage 1930's, fantastic complete double thumb handle set with everything save for a few screws!

Heavy brass face plate measures 7 1/8" by 1 1/16" wide. 1/8 brass, cleaned lightly to leave the patina.

Box is 3 5/8 deep from the front edge of the brass faceplate to the back of the box. And it is 5 1/2 top to bottom. SCREWS: Screws are on 6 1/2 centers. Step back from the front of the front plate to the center of the cylinder lock is 2 1/2.

The drop from the center of the lock cylinder cavity down to the very bottom of the lock box 4 3/4. A 3/16 square cam is located under the cylinder to accommodate throwing the deadbolt from the inside of the door and the deadbolt knob is included.

The lock is designed to accommodate a thumb press handle on the outside of the door and a turn knob from the inside of the door, both included. Uncommon vintage Welch complete, extremely well made, no rust, functions very well, with key! This is everything you need (save for a few screws) to completely transform your front door!
