Made in France 1 Weight Missing. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself! We are not sure of the maker of the set. No markings on the wood case other than Made in France. The brass weights all have their weight noted on them.

There are 12 brass weights in total, ranging in weight from 1 gram to 1 kilogram. Soiling and loss of finish to the case and weights from use and age.

One of the old leather straps is still with the set, no longer attached to the wood base. Appear there were once two of them. Nice weight set to add to your collection of weights and scales. Each of the 12 weights has the weight of it noted on the top of it. The largest weight, a 1 kilograms one, is 2 across, the smallest weight is. The wood case is 8-1/8" across, by 3" wide, by 2-3/8" tall (3-1/8" w/ largest weight in place). Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures.
