It's very difficult to put together a large set of old pieces like this. All the hard work has been done for you; unlike so many others listed elsewhere that come to you with dents, dings, cracks, holes, paint, crud, old polish, green spots, heavy corrosion, stripped threads, incorrect knob screws, etc. I don't sell junk. This set will be ready to install when you receive it As with all old, antique, vintage and pre-owned items, these may have some degree of visible wear, discoloration, dust, tarnish, etc, which is considered normal. Patina and finish may vary from piece to piece. Not perfect in every way, but overall I consider them to be in very good vintage condition, consistent with age and use, with no large issues noted, but YOU be the judge.

This hardware was originally used with a mortise lock that was "mortised" (slipped) into the edge of the door, but a "tube latch" will work on modern doors. I can supply either mortises or tube latches for additional cost.
